§1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph1111 ("ph1111," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ph1111.club and its associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposit Ownership: All funds deposited must originate from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

§11 Account Suspension and Termination

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through ph1111's internal dispute resolution process. If the internal process does not resolve the dispute, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
